  1. I’ve registered for an account, but did not receive a confirmation email.
    Please first check the spam folder in your inbox. The confirmation email sometimes gets caught in the spam folder by mistake. If the email is not in the spam folder, please let us know via our contact form.
  2. How can I request a new community to be added to the system?
    You can send your request via our contact form.
  3. How can I request a new sport/position to be added to the system?
    You can send your request via our contact form.
  4. What is the Participation stat on public profiles?
    The Participation stat is the total number of times the member has recruited a player or have been recruited.
  5. How can I submit a player review?
    Player reviews appear to the recruiter and the recruited player the morning after the end date of the game. Members will receive an email notification when a new review request is available. Members have up to 14 days after the end date of the game/season to post their review.
  6. How can I edit an existing posting?
    You cannot edit the details of a published post, but you can edit the number of openings for the post. If you want to cancel your published post, set the number of openings for that post as 0. The post will automatically be removed after the post’s end date.
  7. How come my messages are disappearing?
    Messages are automatically removed 14 days after the game’s end date.
