If you are interested in joining an adult softball league, here is a list of Calgary softball league organizers in the community.

Softball Calgary – Affiliated Leagues
Website: https://www.softballcalgary.com/
“Softball Calgary is the place to play for fast-pitch and slo-pitch in Calgary.”
There are a number of affiliated leagues listed on the website that play on different days of the week. Visit their website to find out more.

Calgary Men’s/Ladies/Coed Slow Pitch League (CMLC)
Website: https://www.leaguelineup.com/welcome.asp?url=cmlcleague
“The Calgary Men’s Slo-Pitch League was founded in 1972 by a group of friends wanting to play organized ball. The league has since provided adult slo-pitch softball for more than three decades at the same location to thousands of Calgarian and surrounding area residents; in 2011 the league changed names to Calgary Men’s/Ladies/Coed Slow Pitch League (CMLC). We’re a recreational softball league with a healthy mix of competition, fun and a simple love of the game.”

Calgary Mixed Slo-Pitch League

The CMSL has 3 Divisions of 12 teams. They play ~22 games (regular season) plus playoffs (if teams qualify) on the diamonds at Optimist Athletic Park. Games are Umpired (CSUA).

We are a Co-ed, Fun first League with 4 divisions, teams play on the night of their choice, all double headers and fully umped. Games are played in SW Calgary, Monday and Wednesdays in Glamorgan and Tuesdays and Thursdays play in Glamorgan and Centennial. Season Runs from end of April through to the end of August, including playoffs.”

Calgary Sport and Social Club
Website: https://www.calgarysportsclub.com
“The CSSC was established in 1996 and has been providing adults with the best co-ed, multi sport experience ever since. The CSSC has grown to host over 4,900 teams each year, serving over 93,000 Calgarians. With year-round leagues, tournaments and events for adults, there are so many ways to get in the game!” The organization offers co-ed slo-pitch leagues.
Calgary Women’s Fastpitch Association
Website: https://www.cwfa.ca/
“Since 1955, we have been providing opportunities for women in fastpitch for the Calgary area. Although our name has changed over the years, our objective has remained the same…to provide a first class organization in which sportswomen from 14 to 94 can play the game of fastpitch softball at the “A” or “B” level against the best competition available.”
Let us know in the comments if there are any other softball leagues that should be added to the list.
4 thought on Calgary Softball Leagues
The CMLC is a completely unprofessional, rude, and horribly organized league… avoid them at all costs.. we’ve played in several leagues over the last 20 years and none have been this brutal.
