If you are interested in joining an adult volleyball league, here is a list of league organizers in the Greater Toronto area.
JAM Toronto Sports Leagues
“While we offer different skill levels in most of our sports, the focus is always on having a good time. We take our fun seriously around here. Anyone can play!…Let us rephrase that, anyone over 18 can play! Most of our members are in their 20’s and 30’s but there is no age cap. All athletic abilities are welcome too. Did we mention that it’s about fun?”
Extreme Toronto Sports Club
“Extreme Toronto Sports Club (XTSC Inc.) was launched in 2004 by a group of Toronto Sports Enthusiasts that have experienced many of the other sports leagues in and around the city, and have vowed to offer the Toronto sports public a superior sporting experience that puts fun and excitement back into the Toronto sports scene!”
Off Limit Sports

Central Toronto Volleyball
“CENTRAL TORONTO VOLLEYBALL is an indoor co-ed volleyball league for adults. The league is based in Toronto Ontario. Games are held Tuesday evenings from 6:45pm to 9:30pm at local public schools around Bayview & Eglinton, Bayview & Sheppard, and Lawrence & Avenue. The current season started on October 4, 2016 and it will run until April 25, 2017.”

Ashbridges Bay Beach Volleyball

Toronto Spartan Volleyball League

The League provides an inclusive and fun environment to play volleyball and a social place to enjoy the company of new people and old friends.”
Toronto Volleyball Centre
“In Sept 2021, we took our love of volleyball from the sand to the court, joined forces with the Volleyball Centre series of gyms. Our new facility, Toronto Volleyball Centre (TVC) was launched inside the Hangar Sports & Event Centre at Downsview Park. It consists of 2 indoor courts and is easily accessible from Highway 401, Highway 400, the TTC and Downsview GO Train Station. This central location is ideal for volleyball enthusiasts, near and far. We are running leagues, training, camps, courts rentals and more at this location as well!”
