“Nation’s Capital Flag Football is “Ottawa’s Largest and Best Flag Football League. Games are played Sunday and have start times between 2-9pm. Games are played at various central Ottawa grass fields. There are 5 divisions that range from beginner to highly competitive. Most games will have 2 NCOA approved refs. Each player will have a bio that will keep track of their current stats.”
