For the Summer Season, games are exclusively played at the University of Ottawa Sports Complex. With 12 games (including playoffs) being played between June – August, the Summer Season is a great way to stay on the ice during the “off-season”.”
Capital Recreational Hockey League
Website: https://www.crhl.com/
“The Capital Recreation Hockey League Inc., was formed to provide Ottawa-area adults with the top hockey experience in the city. With unparalleled customer service, the CRHL strives to provide a competitive, safe, and fun adult hockey recreation experience.”
Ottawa Rec Hockey
Website: http://www.ottawarechockey.com/
“Ottawa Rec Hockey is not a typical league – it is pickup-style hockey for adults. We play regularly scheduled games year-round at great times, and we offer, fast non-contact action. For a lot of players, it’s better than a league.
We think Ottawa Rec Hockey has the best of everything. It’s a team sport without the pressure, because the rosters change for every game. These are exciting games with a good mix of skill levels and convenient times – early mornings, evenings and weekends. We don’t have referees because we don’t need them, but we always have goalies. More than 200 skaters and goalies now play in one or more of the weekly 60, 90 and 120 minutes games – yes, that’s two full hours with a ten-minute break to resurface the ice.”
Ottawa Sport & Social Club – Floor Hockey League
Website: https://ottawa.sportandsocialclub.ca/floor-hockey/
“OSSC floor hockey is built for players who want organized games in a fun, social environment. Whether you are joining solo, with friends, or as a full team, it is a great way to stay active and meet people.
Expect quick shifts, team energy, friendly competition, and a welcoming league experience from puck drop to the final whistle.”
RA Centre – Ball Hockey Leagues
Website: https://www.racentre.com/ball-hockey.html
“The RA Centre offers ball hockey leagues throughout the year. The leagues are mainly coed.”

We offer men’s, coed and kids’ leagues, including learn-to-play programs and pick-up games and have various locations across the city to meet your ball hockey needs.”

We will also be having Pickleball on Thursdays for those who want to try something new. If you enjoy playing floor hockey in a friendly environment and with a great group of people, this is the place you want to be.”
